Supplement and Herbal Dispensary
We stock a large range of complementary health supplements both in our shop front, as well as in our clinic space. We are proudly owned and operated by a team of experienced naturopaths, nutritionists, and students in the field, so you can be guaranteed that not only are we equipped with the knowledge required to guide you, but that we will only ever recommend products of the highest quality, that we would be happy to take ourselves.
Our clinic dispensary contains an extensive range of practitioner-only products and herbal liquids which can be dispensed on behalf of your prescribing practitioner, or following in-store consultation by one of our qualified staff members.
Bulk and Re-fill
We have a large range of bulk/refill options available in store, comprising of over 250 items, including nuts, seeds, grains, pulses, herbs, spices, teas, treats, and home and personal care. Bring along a container or use one of ours and fill with as much or as little as you like (or ask us to do it for you, we are always happy to help!)
Shopping this way is not only great for the environment by reducing the amount of packaging consumed, and food waste produced, but also more economical, allowing you to purchase only what you need.
Environmentally Friendly Home and Personal Care
Our range of personal care covers all of your skincare and cosmetic needs. We select only products we know are safe for you and your family, using naturally derived and organic ingredients. Our skincare brands include La Mav, Ere Perez, Eco Sonya, Dr Bronner’s & more.
Our cleaning products are chemical free yet super effective, and refills are available on much of our range to help you save on package consumption.
Health Foods and Grocery
As well as our bulk foods, we also stock a large range of general health foods and grocery items, and have options to suit those with dietary restrictions and food intolerances.
We opt for Australian produced and/or organic wherever possible, and carefully select items without harmful colors, flavors and preservatives.
Local and Organic Produce
We are privileged to operate on the beautiful Bass Coast, surrounded by the bountiful land of the winder Gippsland region, and its wonderful people growing an abundance of produce that we are passionate about showcasing. We work with local farmers, backyard growers, and makers who share our interest in ethical production, organics and sustainability, and are proud to bring these to our customers.
We also “fill the gaps” with certified organic fruit and vegetables from wider Victoria and interstate where necessary, ensuring we can offer a good variety to our customers each week.
